1. General Service

We provide a wash, dry & fold service based solely on the items you provide. We take great care with every order; however, we cannot guarantee:

  • Stain removal
  • Prevention of colour run
  • No shrinkage or stretching
  • Exact garment fit or feel after washing

All laundry is washed according to standard care unless clearly labelled or separated by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibility & Item Condition

By using our service, you confirm:

  • All items are safe for normal machine wash and dry
  • Special-care items (delicates, wool, silk, etc.) are kept separate and clearly marked
  • Pockets are fully emptied
  • No hazardous items are included

We are not liable for damage caused by items left inside clothing such as:

  • pens, lighters, tissues, batteries, makeup, vape devices, coins, money etc.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

We handle every order with care; however, by using our service you agree that:

  • We do not accept responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged, or missing items
  • No claims, refunds, or compensation will be provided for any item-related issues
  • Normal wear and tear may occur, including fading, thinning, and minor shrinkage
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Fragile, old, delicate, or incorrectly labelled fabrics
    • Colour transfer, dye run, or shrinkage caused by customer-mixed loads
    • Damage caused by items left in pockets

Laundry is washed as received, and you acknowledge that all items are provided at your own risk.

4. Sorting & Separation

We wash items as received. We do not separate:

  • Whites & colours
  • Delicates & regular items

Unless the customer pre-separates them into their own bags.

5. Pickup & Delivery

The customer agrees to:

  • Leave laundry in a secure, visible, accessible location
  • Ensure laundry is ready before the scheduled pickup time
  • Accept that once we deliver to their chosen spot, our responsibility ends

After drop-off, we are not responsible for theft, weather exposure, or loss.

6. Turnaround Time

We aim for 24-hour turnaround, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Traffic
  • Equipment issues
  • High order volume

We will notify customers where possible.

7. Weight, Overweight Rules & Additional Charges

Your booking price is based on the selected bag option (10kg or 20kg). All laundry is weighed at our facility.

If your bag exceeds the selected weight:

  • You will receive an automatic SMS showing:
    • The overweight amount
    • The extra cost
    • A payment link
  • The extra charge must be paid before we start the wash
  • If not paid, your laundry may be returned unwashed

Overweight Fee Structure

  • $6 per kg or part thereof (E.g., 1.2 kg overweight = 2 kg charge)

We reserve the right to refuse loads that exceed machine capacity.

8. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Any overweight or extra fees must be paid upon notification

No Cancellations

  • Once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled.
  • This allows us to schedule drivers and machines efficiently.

No Refunds After Pickup

  • Once the laundry has been picked up:
    • No refunds will be issued
    • The order is considered accepted and in progress
  • This applies even if you change your mind or realise items were included by mistake

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are ONLY possible if:
    • We fail to pick up, and
    • You cancel before the driver arrives
  • No refunds apply after pickup or after washing.

9. Hygiene, Safety & Refusal of Service

We do NOT process laundry that contains:

  • Large amounts of blood or bodily fluids
  • Pet waste or heavy pet hair contamination
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Strong foul odours beyond normal wear
  • Mould, mildew, or infestation

If found, we may:

  • Refuse the entire load
  • Charge a sanitisation fee
  • Return laundry unwashed

This protects our team and equipment.

10. Unclaimed Laundry

If delivery fails due to incorrect customer details or repeated missed attempts:

  • We will hold the items for 7 days
  • After 7 days, the items may be donated or disposed of
  • No compensation is provided for unclaimed items

11. Agreement

By booking and checking the terms box, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions
  • You accept all fees, including overweight and sanitisation fees
  • You understand that cancellations and refunds are not available after pickup
  • You authorise us to wash, dry & fold your items as described
