1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Spakleen Laundry services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Spakleen Laundry provides professional laundry services including but not limited to:

• Wash and fold services
• Express wash
• Pickup and delivery services (within 25km radius)
• Commercial laundry services
• Specialty item cleaning

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Pickup and delivery service: $7.65 per kg or $70 minimum charge
• Specialty items may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is required upon delivery or pickup

4. Service Area

Our pickup and delivery services are available within a 25km radius of our Werribee and St Kilda locations. Service hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We reserve the right to refuse service outside our designated service area.

5. Booking and Cancellation

When booking our services:

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Pickup and delivery times must be at least 2 hours apart
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup
• No-show fees may apply for missed appointments

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information and delivery addresses
• Ensuring items are properly prepared for pickup (e.g., items removed from pockets)
• Notifying us of any special care instructions or allergies
• Being available at the scheduled pickup and delivery times
• Reporting any issues or concerns within 24 hours of service completion

7. Liability and Damage

While we take every precaution to care for your items:

• We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly labeled or have pre-existing damage
• Customers should remove all items from pockets before pickup
• We are not liable for loss or damage to items left in pockets
• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the cost of cleaning the item

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted for cleaning:

• Items with excessive pet hair or odors
• Items contaminated with hazardous materials
• Items that require special handling beyond our standard services
• Items that are extremely delicate or irreplaceable (we recommend professional specialty cleaners)

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
