Book at least one day ahead. The earliest pickup is the next business day (Monday to Friday), 10 am - 12 pm. No same-day or weekend pickups. You'll receive an SMS confirmation once booked.

Please label your laundry bag with your Order ID and Name e.g. gate code, concierge, dog on premises.
