01Where can I use the card?
At participating Spakleen machines in St Kilda and Werribee.
02When does credit expire?
Credit is valid for 60 days. Reload before expiry to restart the period and retain unused valid credit.
03How quickly is a reload processed?
Within 24 hours after we receive your proof of payment and card number.
04Can I get monthly statements and balances?
Yes. Businesses can request monthly statements for their prepaid accounts, as well as their balances, by emailing info@spakleenlaundry.com.au.
05Can I get tax invoices?
Yes. Tax invoices are available at the point of sale or on request, for proper record keeping.
06Is payment taken on this page?
